A completely customized mentorship experience for licensed estheticians who want hands-on education, real appointment experience and personalized guidance from Brittney Rodriguez, founder of ATX Aesthetics.
Before your Mentor Day, we’ll schedule a private 30-minute call to discuss your experience, goals and the services you’re most interested in. From there, we’ll create a personalized schedule and coordinate the appointments and models that will be most beneficial for you.
Your Mentor Day may include:
• Observing real client appointments from consultation through checkout
• Comprehensive consultations and treatment planning
• Performing selected services on scheduled models with guided instruction
• Treatment protocols, product selection and contraindications
• Client education and homecare recommendations
• Rebooking, retention and long-term treatment planning
